Georgia is full of talented and skilled youngsters; many of them are multi with a higher education Russian and English are fluently spoken among the young generation, yet many of them speak German and French.

Average monthly salary in Georgia is approximately 410-420 USD, which is relatively low compared to the average salaries of other European countries. Therefore, the costs of potential skillful staff are extremely competitive.
